This is a unique opportunity to join one of Australia’s fastest growing and most successful fashion companies Academy Brand. Academy is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the team as an Area manager for Victoria and South Australia.
About The Role:
The role will see you overlooking a combination of standalone boutiques, concessions and outlet stores. You will be responsible for leading and developing our store teams to improve operational efficiencies, present high brand standards, increase sales and grow our CX database.
To ensure your success you will work directly with key business stake holders with in our business. Academy has a flat structure to ensure our team understand the business focus and direction, while being given the relevant tools and information to succeed in their role.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee Day to day operations of all stores
- Lead, motivate and coach your store management team
- Manage store recruitment
- Roster and wages control
- Achieve sales budgets
- Implementation and adherence of VM and store presentation standards
- Inventory management and accuracy
- Promote CX platform
The Candidate:
- Multi-site management experience
- People management skills
- Strong communication and computer literacy
- Track record of achieving and exceeding budgets
- Operational and Planning skills
- Your own vehicle
- Current and unrestricted drivers licence
