They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Marketing Manager to join their team. This role is pivotal in driving brand strategy and vision across all customer touchpoints (retail and digital channels.)
The ideal candidate will have to work cross-functionally across a team, be adept in engaging and influencing stakeholders, and be flexible in their approach to processes to be the voice of the customer. Ideally, you will have a strong background in digital marketing and be able to leverage data-driven insights to inform and optimise key brand initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive Brand Marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement across all channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, e-commerce, and creative to ensure cohesive and effective brand messaging.
- Utilise data-driven processes to analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and campaign performance, to stay ahead of the curve.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Engage with key stakeholders to align on brand strategy, goals, and execution plans, ensuring consistent communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, using insights to continuously improve and innovate.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Brand Marketing, preferably within a retail or ecommerce environment.
- Strong digital marketing background with expertise in using data to drive decisions.
- Demonstrative leadership experience
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
