Purpose of the Role
To build brand equity and drive consumer demand, for the Paspaley Group brands as well as International expansion strategy. To ensure this is achieved for Paspaley through marketing strategy and execution whilst meeting commercial objectives by channel.
The Brand Marketing Manager reports to Senior Marketing Marketing and works closely with Paspaley Group key members, wholesale commercial team and marketing team. The role will guard the brand execution across the group and ensure alignment to and efficiencies across all brand touchpoints. This role will drive the operational marketing strategy and ensure execution is delivered to the highest luxury standard, whilst meeting agreed marketing KPIs.
Responsibilities
Working alongside the Senior Marketing Manager – this role takes responsibility in the operational delivery and marketing controls of Paspaley Jewellery retail brand and Paspaley Pearls Group brands. (Wholesale, International Expansion, Properties, Winery, Agriculture, Aviation). You will manage the accurate delivery of the annual 360 marketing calendar and ensure the go-to-market planning is delivered in line to brand guidelines.
Making certain to align internal marketing resources to maximise efficiencies across team functions. These include the tactical initiatives and end to end creation / adaption of marketing materials for trade, digital and social media (website merchandising and direct marketing), CRM, PR, VM & POS, overall design – printed collateral and all other retail, wholesale, and corporate marketing requirements. Then reporting on return of marketing investment back into brand on a monthly / quarterly basis, as well as assisting with budget planning and forecasting, tracking, monthly budget snapshot, processing of marketing invoices and general filing.
Additional responsibilities include product marketing across key categories within the retail business.
This is a highly dynamic role, as well as strategic, and will require exceptional attention to detail, a high level of organisation and the ability to manage internal stakeholders and external agencies to execute marketing initiatives to the highest standard.
Paspaley requires a strong brand marketer, who can work across diverse industries implementing integrated marketing activities accordingly.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be well experienced in advertising and marketing, be an excellent communicator with the interpersonal skills to manage demanding and high-pressure timelines cross functionally as well as across the leadership group.
