Executive Manager (Commercial) has become available within the Buying department of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury. This is a permanent full-time role.As an
Executive Manager (Commercial), you will lead the execution of ALDI’s overall
Brand & Design and Seasonal strategy by developing a strategic framework to support the growth of ALDI’s Private Label brands and develop processes to coordinate the execution of the seasonal range strategy.
What does the role look like?- Recommend customer-centric Brand & Design approach and Seasonal strategies to the Director - Commercial with any recommendations of action to be taken
- Implement and manage Brand & Design and Seasonal governance framework
- Utilise market data to provide proposals on strategic commercial plans which deliver against the strategy set within Brand & Design and Seasonal Coordination
- Develop and monitor Brand & Design and Seasonal management processes and procedures to support the Buying Team to make data driven branding and Seasonal ranging decisions
- Monitor Private Label Brand and Seasonal range performance and provide actionable insights to Buying Teams
- Recommend brand changes or Seasonal trials/de-listings to the Director- Commercial / Directors - Buying which optimise sales growth and profitability
- Prepare executive level communication and presentations as required
- Liaise with International colleagues to make comparisons on Brand & Design or Seasonal management strategies and practices
- Liaise with National Department stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient information flow.
QualificationsWhat do we need from you?- Demonstrated experience in a Buying role (including the Design to Print packaging artwork process) is highly regarded
