THE ROLE
Our client requires a marketing professional for a 3-month contract to assist in managing their popular vitamin product line. You'll handle marketing strategies, work with agencies on campaigns, and oversee marketing information required for the vitamin product promotion. Your tasks will also include planning media and promotions, creating ads, and collaborating with the Sales.
This role is based at their Clayton Head Office, plus there's feasibility for one day per week spent working from home.

In summary, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assist with consumer research projects, including U&A studies, brand health assessments, and NPD concept testing, to gather insights for strategic planning
- Collaborate with the Sales team to drive brand performance across Pharmacy and Grocery channels
- Work with the Scientific Marketing team to implement the product's healthcare professional marketing strategy
- Assist in planning and executing brand awareness campaigns, and provide post-campaign reporting on their effectiveness
- Develop marketing collateral and materials for trade marketing purposes
- Work on developing and approving artwork, working with internal Graphic Design, and obtaining necessary regulatory approvals
- Monitor and analyse key brand campaigns, category performance, market trends, and competitor activity, and provide recommendations based on findings
SELECTION CRITERIA

Our client is looking for you to meet the following criteria:
- Tertiary qualification (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in FMCG, consumer goods or healthcare industry highly regarded
- Creative writing flair with passion and energy to innovate
- Exceptional organizational skills—able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative market research
- Impeccable attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all deliverables
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, which naturally extend to being an excellent presenter with the ability to share ideas, concepts, and information clearly and confidently
