How will I help?
Working in a critical quality assurance position for our Brand & Marketing team (alongside our innovative creative team) you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the Brand inbox daily, and ensuring production meets high levels of quality and accuracy
The ideal candidate will be detail-driven with a passion for high quality (and high-performing) creative communication; with previous experience in a similar role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and managing enquiries and approvals relating to our group of brands
- Understanding the brand guidelines for all brands inside out and applying this knowledge when reviewing and approving work through the brand portal
- Ensuring that all of our work is authored to the highest standard, identifying and resolving issues as appropriate
- Fact-checking and proofreading our content for spelling, grammar, punctuation and typographical errors and ensuring that our work consistently applies our brand's visual identities and adheres to brand guidelines
- Provide quality assurance for optimal customer experiences by ensuring that assets meet our standards for content display, accessibility and functionality by validating all page elements such as links, videos, images, and page layouts
- Identify issues with the content (or functionality of assets produced), highlight inaccuracies, errors and areas for improvement and report any bugs or inconsistencies in the user experience
- Fulfill content authoring tasks as required in support of the wider in-house agency team
- Train and mentor our wider team on quality assurance practices
- Ensure all campaigns are compliant with relevant regulatory guidelines and best practices
