What we’re looking for:
As a Brand Specialist you will help to create brand strategies that improve our reputation and visibility, helping to brand campaigns are consistent, attractive, and effective.
The role:
You will be responsible for:-
- Developing brand strategies for the company and campaigns for individual products
- Working with our acquisition centres on their rebranding
- Performing research and analysing market data to find ways to grow their audience
- Gathering customer feedback and data to improve branding
- Identifying centres that need better branding
- Overseeing the staff implementing their strategies
- Reviewing and adjusting branding strategies as needed
- Meeting with marketing, advertising and creative departments to make sure content and goals are consistent
- Improving the customer's experience
- Managing content and information sharing between departments
- Giving direction for product packaging, web design, marketing copy, logos, advertisements and visuals
About you:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a comparable work environment.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in project management, marketing and/or communications.
- Experience working in a complex, fast-paced, and multi-faceted organisation.
- Experience planning and implementing/evaluating project activities.
- Experience producing quality, accurate work to strict deadlines.
- Experience working with culturally/linguistically diverse groups.
- Experience managing a budget desirable
- Project management or coordination experience desirable.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
