The key responsibilities:
Bread Baker - involved in the bread production line. You must be able to work with bread doughs of all types, including sourdough. Ideally you will have experience shaping and moulding as well as mixing. The role can be either full time or part time. A positive and 'can do' attitude are essential.
Pastry Chef - involved in the production of pastries mainly pies and pasties. The role can be either full time or part time. As the business is growing, it is expected the role will expand over time. Your teamwork ability within a production line is essential. It is essential you will be qualified in dough mixing and lamination.
