We are seeking an experienced Continental Bread Baker to join our team at Prospect. You will be a part of an excellent working culture and enjoy a work-life balance.
We are looking at strengthening and growing our team, by bringing in the right skills and experience to deliver delicious Italian style bread and bread products. You will operate autonomously and have the ability to express your passion for baking. The successful applicant must comply with all WHS, Food Safety and HACCP requirements, have the ability to maintain and forecast future stock level requirements, quality control and can communicate effectively with all stakeholders within the business.
The skills & experience required:
- Demonstrated experience in making traditional Italian bread products.
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to produce high quality and quantity work
- Can work as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Have passion and drive to continually grow and diversify the business
This position can be casual or full time. The successful applicant MUST be available 5 days a week on a rotating roster for weekend work with early morning starts, closed on Public Holidays.
