The RoleAs the Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for providing an efficient and cost-effective food service, with the smooth day-to-day operation of a commercial kitchen.
Shifts will be across 5 days per week including weekends.(3am to 11am)
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Food preparation and presentation
- Adhere to all HSE policies, procedures & safe food handling practices.
- Adherence to dietary requirements (allergies, special requests)
- Management of stock ordering, rotation and stocktaking
- Maintaining a clean kitchen, equipment and utensils
- Create dishes of high quality that will nourish and delight our guests.
- Fast, effective service provided with a smile

About YouIn order to be successful in this role you will need:
- Previous Chef experience and cooking in a similar environment
- Formal trade qualifications in commercial cooking or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in electronic purchase ordering and cost management
- Proven experience in planning and developing menus
- Proven ability to work within a team and autonomously
- Ability to prep and organise ahead
- Current First Aid Certificate is highly desirable
- HACCP experience essential, with a high emphasis on food hygiene
- Current drivers license
- Availability to work weekends and early morning hours
