Address2 Pugs Coffee & Kitchen is a neighbourhood venue in Meadow Springs. Our main focus is on great coffee, and most importantly of all, a fresh menu utilising the best of in season and local produce. We are looking to hire a chef for our small kitchen. We are currently looking to expand our opening hours to 7 days a week, relaunch and grow the catering aspect of our business, and launch our new prepared meal ordering business. For this we require a talented individual in the kitchen on our head chefs days off and to help on the busier days.
More about the role
• 25-30 hours per week casual however part time contract available for right person
• Must be available throughout the week and flexible for shifts to change.
• Working with the head chef to train and produce the menu to the highest standard
• Maintain hygiene levels in the kitchen
• Will allow for you to be creative coming up with new ideas that we can showcase
• Mainly Daytime shifts - Breakfast and Lunch - Starting at 6am and most days being done by 230/3pm
• Be able to work alone and as part of a team
• Will be paid via restaurant industry award based on experience. For the right candidates we can pay above award.

• Must be able to start at the latest 6am in the morning.
• Extremely reliable
- have at least 1 years experience in a busy cafe kitchen
- have experience producing creative food for cold cabinet food display
