Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 10:00 am (Weekend work also available)
Additional Opportunities: Option to do split shifts for evening work
About Us:
Ibis Styles Broken Hill is seeking a dedicated and passionate Breakfast Cook to join our team. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves cooking breakfast, and takes pride in creating delicious and memorable meals for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure the kitchen is clean, well-organized, and complies with health and safety regulations.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain a stock of fresh ingredients.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth service.
Adapt to different dietary needs and preferences of guests.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Breakfast Cook or in a similar role.
Ability to work early mornings and weekends.
Strong knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team
