We are a cafe by day and a restaurant by night. We have a team of 5 in the kitchen and 5 on the floor. We are a friendly workplace to work in with multi nationalities. The cafe is a neighborhood cafe, so our customers are persons we all know and see basically a couple of times a week.
Qualifications & experience
- At least 2 years in same or similar position
- Can work under pressure and timing
- Any related courses is a bonus not a must, work experience is more important.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Prepare and present all food product for breakfast and lunch
- Provide consistent food preparation
- Follow any and all recipes as they apply to any food products that you prepare
- Keep standard of freshness, minimizing waste and maximize quality
- Follow FIFO
- Working in the weekend a must
