Sentani Boutique is a Bridal and Formal Evening Wear store located in Milton, Brisbane. We are a retail channel of Tania Olsen Designs along side selected International brands. We are currently looking for a Retail Stylist to support our team. We believe there is perfect outfit for every customer, for their special event. Our sole purpose is to create friendly memorable customer service for all customers.
TO JOIN OUR TEAM:
We are looking for an enthusiastic fashion obsessed stylist, who loves working with people. You must be a self-motivated team player with proven sales ability in previous roles in either fashion and styling.
PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUS FASHION RETAIL EXPERIENCE (MINIMUM OF 3 YEAR) AND ARE ABLE TO WORK IN A FAST PACE ENVIRONMENT. MUST BE FLEXIBLE AND AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEK DAY AND WEEKENDS.
Your Role Will Include:
- Interacting with customers
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 3 year (Required)
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to action phone enquiries promptly
- Point of Sale software experience: 3 year (Preferred)
- Cash handling and Eftpos machine use
- Creating a positive working environment in store
- Handling and conducting daily procedures
- Ability at handling customer enquiries and resolving issues
- Daily Housekeeping and cleaning end of each shift
- Communicating with other staff members
- Taking initiative where necessary with both tasks and customers
- Visual Merchandising the store and store front windows mannequins

- Must be able to interact and provide exceptional customer service
- Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
- Must have a minimum of 3 year Fashion Retail experience(Required)
- Must be able to use basic Microsoft Software and POS
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills
- Must have good time management and organization skills
- Must be able to take on feedback and implement any changes that are needed
- Must be able to take initiative and work well under pressure
- Must be able to multi task and priorities responsibilities and customers
- Must be flexible and able to work week days, Weekends if required.
- Must have attention to detail and a creative eye for Visual Merchandising
- Must be able to work within a team as team player and also independently.
The right candidate will be someone who is passionate and committed to customer service.
This casual position will have the opportunity to move into a full time position.
