Our client's new venue is part of an award-winning hospitality group. The group has venue's including Elegant Fine Dining, Al La Carte, Pub style fast food, casual dining and everything between.
They are currently looking for full-time Executive Chefs, Chef De Partie Sous Chefs for sites in and around Brisbane / QLD focused across the fast casual dining market.

About the role
We are seeking a full-time Executive Chefs, Chef De Partie Sous Chefs to run the restaurant kitchen. You will be able to influence and motivate the team and ensure our guests receive a memorable experience. We require a leaders who can showcase great talent and drive a service focused culture in the restaurant.
Key responsibilities
- Ensuring effective day-to-day management of the restaurant whilst meeting KPI's
- Working with key staff to implement food and drink menus.
- Ensure dining facilities comply with health and liquor licensing regulations.
- Ensuring Workplace Health and Safety requirements are met by all staff.
- Staff training, including recruitment, assessment, and supervision.
- Consulting with chefs to develop and update menus in particular daily specials based on customer feedback and experience.
