Brisbane City Council - Asphalt Labourer

Are you an experienced labourer? This is an opportunity for ongoing work across a mix of projects. You will be working within the Brisbane City Council, Asphalt and Aggregates branch. As part of the team, you will be working on projects on various sites around Brisbane. About your new role
The variety of this role will expand across the following labouring tasks
Use screenboard to spread asphalt
Perform routine pothole and sheet patching repairs
Gravel and asphalt pavements
Ability to work Day Shift, Night Shift when required and Weekends.
Ability to maintain a safe work environment.
Guide trucks and traffic while moving and tipping
What you will need to exceed We are looking for Asphalt Labourers with experience or in a similar field services role. A strong sense of teamwork, a commitment to safety and ensuring all work is conducted according to safety procedures and guidelines.
"MR" Class Trucklicence
Work safety in the Construction Industry (White Card)
General labouring experience
