• Collaborate with our recruitment consultants to understand client requirements and candidate profiles.
• Utilise various sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates, including database searches, job board postings, social media outreach, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and alignment with client needs.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines, keeping accurate records of interactions and candidate progress.
• Assist with scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback, and managing candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide administrative support as needed, including drafting job descriptions, preparing candidate profiles, and updating internal systems

Profile

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage candidates and build rapport.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn, with a passion for delivering high-quality service to both candidates and clients.
• Proficiency in MS Office is advantageous
