- Plenty of OT Job Description: We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Asphalt Workers to join our team.
As an Asphalt Worker, you will play a crucial role in the construction and maintenance of roads, driveways, and other asphalt surfaces. This position requires individuals who are dedicated, hardworking, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain asphalt equipment, such as pavers, rollers, and skid steers.
Perform asphalt paving, patching, and resurfacing according to project specifications.
Prepare surfaces for asphalt application, including grading, leveling, and cleaning.
Ensure proper compaction and smooth finishing of asphalt surfaces.
Repair and maintain asphalt equipment as needed.
Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Asphalt Worker or similar role.
Familiarity with asphalt construction techniques and equipment.
Ability to operate and maintain paving machinery.
Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
