Provide concierge duties, customer service and create access cards for our prestigious client sites in Brisbane CBD.

• Full Time | $26.99/hr + applicable penalties

About the RoleThis position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Provide concierge duties
• Create and issue access passes for contractors, clients and customers on site
• Signing visitors in/out of the premises
• Maintain logs, completing necessary paperwork and use of computer systems
• Respond professionally, courteously and promptly to all customer enquiries

Skills & Experience

• Concierge and/or reception/front of house experience
• Current QLD Security Licence – Unarmed, monitoring and crowd control functions
• Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations
• QLD drivers’ licence
• Current First Aid and CPR
