Loungelovers is one of Australia's fastest growing furniture retailers and the past 12 months have seen our strongest expansion yet. Our mission is to provide designer furniture for everyday people by creating and offering beautiful designs without the designer store price tag.
We currently have a vacancy for a Showroom Manager to head up our Queensland Flagship Showroom in Fortitude Valley. The successful applicant will lead an experienced team who are focused on delivering great customer service at all times. This is a full-time role working any five days as required across Monday to Sunday.
We are looking for a person with previous management experience, ideally within furniture or fashion homeware, who can:
- Develop and implement a plan to ensure the achievement of monthly sales and profit targets
- Ensure showroom presentation levels that reflect Loungelovers’ standards
- Ensure a full complement of trained and engaged team members
- Provide leadership which reflects our brand values
- Create an environment that results in a team focused on “delighting the customer”
- Maintain the highest levels of health and safety for all store stakeholders
- Ensure the accuracy of all administrational processes
- Personally deliver a great sales experience for our Sunshine Coast customers
