YDL Stone is one of Australia's leading suppliers and distributors of stone surfaces. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Showroom Consultant & Admin to join our fast and dynamic team with a great culture.
About the RoleThis role is preferably suited for someone based in the Brisbane or Gold Coast metro area. An exciting opportunity exists for an important role to support the sales team and assist in the Yatala showroom.
Working time:
- For candidate who are looking for part-time job, preferably the candidate can work on Monday, Thursday & Friday.
- This role is also available for full-time candidate.
Major Duties:
- Present products and deliver customer service to showroom visitors
- General admin duties incluslive of attending to phone call inquiries, replying emails and preparing merdhancise.
- Manage data from website and showroom, including follow-up leads and enquiries
- Provide general IT supports to the team.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate or provide the following:
- Experience in using Microsoft suite of products, in particular Excel, Word & PowerPoint (Intermediate level)
- Exceptional administration and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, listening skills, and attention to detail
- “Can-do” enthusiastic attitude.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with focus that may change in an instant.
- Eagerness to learn new skills and techniques
Highly regarded, but not essential:
- Designer background preffered
- Building products or construction related experience
