Located in the Logan Region, this exciting opportunity involves receiving and allocating customer orders to construction material technicians across SE QLD. Day to Day:

• Take customer bookings via phone, email, and various channels.
• Harness Microsoft Excel and Word for efficient task completion.
• Skillfully allocate tasks to concrete technicians, orchestrating seamless transitions between job sites.
• Streamline daily workloads for technicians, proactively informing stakeholders of any schedule deviations or delays.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery.
• Elevate your role in shaping a responsive and dynamic work environment.

About You:

• Excellent communication & time management skills.
• Ability to manage a large team covering South East Queensland to facilitate customer's testing bookings.
• Background in Construction Materials Testing preferred
• Familiar with Australian and Dept. of Transport and Main Roads Concrete Testing methods.
• Excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience using COMMAND batching preferred yet not essential.
• Experience with Queensland construction workplace health and safety protocols.
• Well developed communication and prioritisation skills.
• A proven track record in meeting and exceeding KPI's.
