A mortgage brokerage in Preston is hiring a Loan Processor/ Broker Support/ Broker Assistant to handle applications and administrative tasks. We are looking for a team member who demonstrates a proactive attitude, excellent in customer service, and enjoys working collaboratively.
Qualifications & experience
- Experience working in a Financial Services office is not a critical requirement for this role however a can-do attitude is a must.
- Accounting/finance student/graduate are welcome to apply.
- Vietnamese speaking is an advantage.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Preparing and submitting applications to multiple lenders.
- Performing general administrative duties.
- Communicating with customers, lenders, and related agencies to collect documents.
- Handling the complete process of loan documentation from initial application to settlement.
