With a solid understanding of their clients' finance and risk requirements, they provide business insurance tailored to their clients' needs.Due to strong growth in 2023, they're now looking for a Broker Assistant/Insurance Renewals Officer to join the team in Sippy Downs and help them keep up with demand in 2024 and beyond.As a Broker Assistant you will support their team of insurance brokers. Your role will be to manage client communications, provide high-quality customer service, and offer admin support to the business. The role will involve:
- Admin support, updating databases and policies, and document management.
- Getting data from insurers/underwriters to present a tailored offering to clients.
- Customer service, dealing with enquiries and understanding clients' situations and their business risks.
- Contact existing client to help them renew their business-insurance and answer any questions they may have.
- Monday - Friday business hours
- Sippy Downs location (no work-from-home option)
- Base salary of $60,000-70,000 + Super + Bonus (base depending on experience)

- Relevant experience in Insurance, Insurance Brokerage or similar.
- Customer service oriented with strong admin skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Comfortable using MS Office and Outlook.
- Experience with Insurance Portals, and programs such as WinBEAT, Office Tech and/or Sunrise highly regarded.
- Attention to detail and time management skills.
