This role represents an outstanding opportunity to demonstrate your expertise and leadership in a challenging, varied and rewarding role.
Ideally based in Eastwood, South Australia but will consider other locations for the right candidate, this role reports directly to the Sales Director - Australia based in Adelaide.
You will be responsible for the strategic development and management of Technical Field Service department activities across Australia and New Zealand. The successful candidate will have a broad range of duties including the end-to-end ownership of product evaluations, tracking market trends, engaging with transport industry bodies, ensuring product quality, and managing aftersales support for all products handled by BSANZ.
About you
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a tertiary qualification in engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in a technical field service role, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good attention to detail.
- Possess exceptional analytical skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Automotive or tyre industry experience would be highly regarded.
- Have exceptional written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Provide a high level of customer service.
- Ability to travel as needed.
