- Liaise with Counter Duty Manager to discuss and organise fleet, staff and general shift requirements
- Conduct regular checks and communicate with teams to monitor check in volumes and rental bay levels
- Conduct thorough huddles at beginning of shift to ensure clear and effective plan for shift
- Communicate fleet and productivity requirements to staff on shift
- Identify highest demand by fleet group and ensure availability for shift
- Understands all operations systems end-to-end and follows processes accordingly.
- Complete fleet inventory as required
- Manage and facilitate building and yard repairs and maintenance
- Maintain wash stocks and supplies and manage staff rostering for Vehicle Service Agent.
- Ensure that fuel deliveries are handled in accordance with company procedures and relevant health and safety legislation
- Conduct Auditor checks as required
- Ensure lost property is logged and maintained correctly
- Remove damaged or service vehicles from fleet to designated out-of-service area
- Ensure vehicles are ready and meeting the Service Standards for pick up and conduct audits as required
- Conducting inventory daily of all Vehicles (Daily) and Child Safety Seats (Weekly) for Location
- Printing, completing and actioning daily manifest regularly
- Adhere to and monitor Uniform guidelines in accordance with Uniform policy
- Identify damage and ensure all paperwork is completed in accordance with policy
- Ensure accurate completion of Fuel Sheets daily
- Effectively communicate with following Duty Manager on next shift
- Ensure security of company assets is maintained in accordance with policy requirements.
- Understand and drive location NPS targets and performance on shift
- Review and action Medallia alerts/escalations and provide feedback to Wash staff.
- Forecast and effectively and identify peak operational periods by ensuring Staff readiness
- Driving and clean vehicles as required.
- Other duties as required
- Previous experience in supervisory or leadership role in an operational environment
- Demonstrated understanding and use of Customer Service and Sales techniques and processes
- The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously across multiple sites.
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, coaching and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- The ability to analyse processes and information, identify problems and trends and develop effective solutions and strategies.

- A Full Drivers’ license is required and the flexibility to work to a rotating roster
