Day to day task and assist with the general construction administration and duties.
Reporting to the Area Building Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Assist the area building manager with their day-to-day tasks.
* Assist with the general construction administration and duties
*Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new starters in construction
* Assist in Preparing jobs for the site, Including preparation of construction site files, distribution of orders to suppliers, scheduling of early construction stages and general office administration for construction stages and general office
* Reviewing the quality assurances schedule and maintaining the QA team bookings in their calendar
*Tracking the maintenance and changeover of the site team fleet of cars in close contact with the asset management team
*Asset management duties such as assigning iPads, mobile phones and uniforms to staff
*Helping prepare team reports and statistics for building management team
*Helping arrange team events, training and function
*Promote and observe company workplace health and safety policies and procedures
*Provide great customer service to our internal stakeholders through creating a sense of urgency and being pro-active
*Fast and accurate data entery
*Work on any ad-hoc projects as requested by the construction team
