The role
The position will support and maintains our client’s in-house computer systems and peripherals both on-site and remotely. Responsibilities include receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and resolving end user help requests, and escalating incidents as needed to meet SLA expectations, using diagnostic and tracking tools.
Key responsibilities
- Support hardware acquisition and Citrix application installation.
- Evaluate resolutions, analyze trends, and alert management to emerging incidents.
- Assist in capacity planning and long-term strategy development for Citrix systems.
- Provide training and support to end users, handle Service Desk requests, and document issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network devices.
- Collaborate on testing Citrix applications, recommend optimizations, and perform preventative maintenance.
Requirements:
- Extensive Level 1/2 Helpdesk Support experience.
- 5 days per week in office.
- Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship required.
