Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of projects, including scheduling and resource allocation
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, such as project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project deliverables are met
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
- Track project progress and provide regular status reports.
- Assist with the procurement of materials and equipment for projects
- Provide administrative support to the Manager, as required
- Proven experience as a Project Administrator or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of procurement processes and procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders
