The team at Flash Homes Pty Ltd are seeking a Building Administration Junior to join our busy office team. The position on offer is part time approximately 25 hours a week to start with the option to complete an Administration Traineeship for the right candidate.
This role will include:
- Meet and Greet Visitors & Clients.
- Answering and forwarding of phone calls and emails.
- Managing various spreadsheets and registers
- Managing Site Safety & Worx Safety App
- General day to day administrative tasks as delegated
- Provide support to our Director and Office Manager as required
The successful applicant:
- High level of Customer service.
- Friendly, patient and polite manner - must have brilliant communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a very busy environment
- Confident working on your own.
- Strong IT skills, including MS Office suite.
- Live Locally in the Illawarra
