The Company
Our client is a high growth residential building company offering a fantastic work environment and continuity of work. Boasting a great central Gold Coast office space and a vibrant team they are currently opening an opportunity to a Building Administrator to support the high performing construction administration team.
The Position
Responsibilities of this position will include:
- Managing client files from presite to handover
- Updating templates
- Order soil and engineering reports, quotes and insurances
- Prepare and lodge applications
- Collate handover packs
- Send out follow up packs
The Successful Candidate
Our ideal candidate would have the following
- Minimum 2 years administration experience, exposure to residential building industry advantageous however not essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Able to work in a high volume administration role
- Have excellent time management and organisational skills
- The ability to work within a team
- A willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Good computer skills
- Self-motivated and driven
