Project Administrator is responsible for uploading data information within the business application, providing administration support, distribution of work orders and reports, all contract related filing and accurate data entry of work ready for invoicing weekly and monthly.
Key tasks and responsibilities include:- Managing work orders in both internal and external business applications
- Following up on work orders ensuring KPI's are met
- Providing Administration support to wider national operational teams
- Customer interaction including monthly reports and meetings
- Job Control
- Accurate Data Entry
To be successful you will be:
- Experienced in contract administration in a busy office environment within a multi site company
- Well organized, motivated, self starter with a team orientation and able to work to tight deadlines and independently
- Highly literate with well developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly numerate and accurate
