At Besafe Inspections, we have a solid reputation for providing quality pre-purchase Building and Pest Inspections for clients that are considering a residential property purchase or sale in Sydney Metro.

We are seeking applications from industry professionals to join our team as a Building Inspector. To be successful you will have trade qualifications and/or equivalent experience in the building industry , take pride in your presentation, have a great attitude and excellent communication skills. 

About you:

• Qualified/experienced tradesperson, preferably licensed builder or carpenter
• Previous experience as a building inspector preferably but not essential.
• Accredited Pest Controller, or Cert III Code 8 & 10 for Timber Pest Inspections preferably but not essential.
• Current NSW Drivers Licence
• Current Police Check (under 6 months)
• Professional, Reliable, Punctual and has Attention to Detail.
• Must be able to work in a team and autonomously.
• Physically Fit and Healthy (you will be climbing into roof void and sub floor spaces many times a day)
• Comfortable to speak with our clients in easy-to-understand lingo to explain your findings

About Us:

• We organise your schedule & work for the day, this leaves you to focus on the job..
• We are a mobile device-based business, iPads are used to complete your inspection reports.
• We only operate Monday – Friday. Our schedule commonly has you starting at 9am and finishing before 5pm
• You can be paid via salary or on a per-job rate.
• We are a small friendly team who are always happy to welcome a new face.
• Remuneration will be based on experience.

Previous experience as a building inspector is an advantage but not essential.
