Central Highlands Rural Health is seeking to appoint an experienced Manager with clinical or nursing qualifications to lead our Macedon Ranges Community Nursing Team (MRCN).
The Manager - MRCN is an integral role within our health services. Under the direction of the Executive Director of Community Operations, the Manager - MRCN has a strong leadership role and assumes responsibility for the day to day operational and clinical management of Community Nursing, Community Based Personal Care, Case Management, Allied Health Assistants, and Finance Administration Services.
The position is accountable for ensuring the development, provision and review of predominantly community based aged care programs and services across the Hepburn and Macedon Ranges shires to ensure a ‘Best Care’ service is delivered within the context of strategic plans and defined resources, to ensure the achievement of Central Highlands Rural Health Service goals and objectives.

Permanent position working 80 hours per fortnight, based at our Kyneton campus.
Salary: Your classification will depend on your Qualification as per the relevant EBA + 11% superannuation + access to salary packaging

Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is a rural health organisation that operates five campuses across Hepburn Shire and the Macedon Ranges in the Central Highlands of Victoria in Australia, north and north-west of Melbourne. It was formed through the voluntary amalgamation of Hepburn Health Service and Kyneton District Health on the 30th November 2019. Each of our campuses retains the name of the township in which they are situated - Clunes Health, Creswick Health, Daylesford Health, Kyneton Health, and Trentham Health.
