Building Assessor Project Manager

Summary:

The Construction Assessor Project Manager is responsible for Inspecting property Damages, preparing and submitting detailed reports, scope of works and costings. Managing the repair process, in line with scope and budget, manage project progress, coordinate procurement of trades, ensure compliance safety, and build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and contractors.

Responsibilities:

• Inspection of properties, preparing and submitting reports, scope of works and costings to Clients
• Select subcontractors and establish project team with other construction professionals
• Manage project progress, timelines, budgets whilst meeting deadlines and KPI
• Ensure compliance with building codes, permits and WHS
• Ensure construction work is carried out within budget, timelines, and quality standards
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and contractors
• Manage and lead project teams, providing guidance, support, and direction to all staff involved in the project

To be successful in this role you must have:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and contractors.
• Current drivers' license and current WHS
