Currently seeking two (2) Project Finance Manager to join their busy team for a 6-month temporary assignment.About the roleAs a Project Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the financial management of the Agency, and provides insightful financial reporting to enable strategic decision making. In addition, your key duties are as follows:
- Maintain project work-break down (WBS) structure and governance process;
- Produce monthly project reporting pack and associated analysis;
- Review and update project budgets, actuals and forecast, including workforce and supplier;
- Regular engagement with project/program leads on project spending/forecast and provide financial insights;
- Ensure consistent project coding and financial reporting at project levels;
- Collaborate with other enabling areas, such as HR, ICT and Strategy to facilitate project delivery;
- Investigate project data anomalies and rectify issues;
- Drive improvements on the current templates, processes and achieve better outcome;
- Contribute to project related briefs, papers and other internal/external requests.
- Proven experience in a finance role, ideally in a leadership capacity
- Background in project reporting concept is highly regarded
- Proficient in using SAP system
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong organisational skills

- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
- $602.55 per day + super
