We are looking for a Building Cadet to join the team and support the business and get exposure to a variety of elements of construction. An entry level role at Landmark develops hard working and motivated people into detail orientated, technically strong and confident construction professionals and the career progression from here can be across a number of avenues. You will learn the ropes by supporting your team with and learning all areas of construction. The role will be based out of site, where you’ll go through our Cadetship program to ensure a successful career.

Experience and Expertise

Alignment: You are a 3rd or 4th year student studying construction project management or civil engineering and have the intention to progress your career in the built-form sector (not civil & infrastructure, rail, roads etc). You may also be a recent graduate looking for a better opportunity to learn and progress. You will need to have good Uni results, strong with systems, admin and documentation and be able to take instruction and be very task orientated. You are a confident person who can communicate well with consultants and contractors.
