Pacific Approvals Pty Ltd are seeking for a Building Certifier (Level 1, 2 or 3). Pacific Approvals Pty Ltd is an established building certification and town planning company providing services throughout all parts of Queensland. We are based on the Gold Coast.
If you have experience as a Building Certifier and are an expert in delivering positive professional services, whilst fostering and developing long lasting working relationships with internal colleagues, clients and stakeholders, we want to hear from you.
We are looking for a Building Certifier with the following credentials:
- Relevant qualifications for the position of Building Certifier (Level 1, 2 or 3)
- Accreditation as a Building Certifier with 1-5 years experience in the building industry
- Knowledge and experience with legislation, regulations, codes and standards, including: Building Act 1975, Building Regulations 2021, Building Code of Australia and the Planning Act 2016;
- Demonstrated experience in using electronic records management systems, reporting software, geospatial software and development assessment tools
- Practical skills in the building and construction industry
- Must have current QLD driver’s licence.

Remuneration package negotiable based on experience and proven skill level. Regular performance reviews will be undertaken, along with salary reviews as you prove your value to the business.
