Building Construction Manager

Key Position Tasks: 
Coordinate and lead a team of construction professionals, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining timelines, resources, and milestones.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are clearly defined and met.
  Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met
• Ensure all construction activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards.
• Respond promptly and effectively to project issues, seeking solutions to keep the project on track.
• Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring that construction activities are completed on schedule.

Prior Experience: 

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Proven experience in managing Building Construction projects.
• Be able to read and interpret construction related drawings for all disciplines.
