Your main responsibilities will include: the delivery of high-quality person-centered care, HR management, ensuring effective operational procedures are in place, revenue optimisation & adherence of accreditation & quality standards.
You will be expected to contribute to the achievement of budget and performance benchmarks for various homes, whilst implementing and monitoring procedures and standards in line with aged care accreditation & standards.

About you
- Experienced Facility Manager with the ability to adapt to differing needs of multiple aged care sites
- AHPRA RN registration (desirable) with previous aged care leadership experience
- Dynamic & resident focused leader
- HR, Finance & Budget management experience
- Understanding of accreditation standards
- Experience with the achievement of KPI’s
