AddressThis is a great opportunity to join a well-established facilities management company, based in Karratha. As the Building Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee Electrical and HVAC maintenance delivery to non-process infrastructure in a major hazard facility.
Key Outcomes
- Oversee teams of Electrical and HVAC technicians
- Maintain critical non-process infrastructure in high risk environment
- Maintain a strong work order management and close out process
- Technical compliance, best practice, permits, process, risk awareness
- High risk and regulation environment
- Client engagement
- Manage in house and subcontracted team of trades
- 2 weeks on : 2 weeks off roster (residential role preferred or open to FIFO)
- Possess a WA A Grade Electrical licence (can recognise interestate licences)
- Held a supervisory/managerial role
- Stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in challenging environments preferred e.g. large industrial, major hazard facility, remote facilities, NPI etc.

- Permanent position with even roster of 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off
- Package is up to $150K + Super + Vehicle + Housing Allowance (if residential)
