APS4 Equivalent $43+ p/h + super
Located in, Townsville, Queensland
Up to 12 months with potential to extend, pending business and performance requirements
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Building Management Support Planner to join our team. As an Building Management Support Planner, you will be accountable for undertaking moderately complex activities and tasks within established procedures and guidance.
Analyse participant records using a range of policies, practice guidance, and legislation to make funding decisions in relation to participant plans with the goal of reducing overspending.
Engage with participants and their representatives via telephone communication to identify current circumstances and spending patterns.
Maintain high-quality record-keeping, demonstrating competency with IT systems, and adhere to process guidelines and standard operating procedures.
Conduct research and review decisions, managing moderately complex cases with the assistance of staff at higher classification levels.
Complete administrative and data entry tasks relating to participants.
Contribute to the achievement of key performance indicators, including planning targets.
About you
To thrive in this role, you need:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and research abilities.
Sound knowledge in service delivery areas.
Competency with IT systems and data entry.
Ability to work within established procedures and guidelines.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
Be able to pass and hold a national police check and worker screening check.
Must be an Australian Citizen.
