Our client is a large and growing property company who look after the whole remit of property services from Strata management to building management etc.  They pride themselves on providing a high quality of service work alongside their clients to create communities within their portfolio of premier sites across the country.
  
About the Role

We are looking for multiple experienced Building Managers who thrive in customer centric position within large residential sites, these wholistic building management role have a broad responsibility ensuring smoothly day to day operations.
  
Key responsibilities include;

• Coordinating Contractors for any onsite repairs and ensuring all work is completed at the highest standard.
• Completion of site inspections, ensuring all plant and equipment is in good working order and similarly ensuring compliance with all relevant by-laws and actioning any issues.
• Ensuring all site related documentation, databases, invoices and compliance documentation are up to date.
• Extensive communication with Owners, Residents, Strata Managers and Committee Members including attending AGM’s
• Provide recommendations to the committees on how to optimise their property management and continuously improve procedures

• 2+ years of experience in building management in a residential setting
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to create meaning relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Highly organised a good eye for detail
