A Large Building Management Company are looking for a new Building Manager to work Part Time on a site in Wollongong. A growing company that is looking to grow their portfolio in the region.
Your new role
Reporting into the Operations Manager, this role will involve managing a residential block in Wollongong on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). The hours will be between Mon-Fri. Duties will include:
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the building and its common areas
- Respond to tenant enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Manage the building’s budget and finances
- Ensure that the building is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure that work is completed on time and within budget
- Maintain accurate records of all building-related activities
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience working as a Building Manager Role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
