Our residential properties in Queensland span from Brisbane to Gold Coast. As we continue to grow and expand our portfolio, we are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused Building Manager at one of our properties in Southport.
This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced Building Manager or Property Manager who would like to venture into the Building Management side of their experience.
The role:
As a Meriton Building Manager, you will be trained onsite, then look after your own building as Building Manager.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the building, liaise with contractors on maintenance issues, site inspections, and more.
You will be supported by a vibrant and experienced management team who have grown with our brand, and a dedicated head office administration team.
Role requirements:
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in property or building Management
- Strong understanding and experience in dealing with Strata and Body Corporate.
- Be available to work on Saturdays (4 hours only) and be on call for occasional after-hours emergencies
- A passion for real estate and building management
- Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate and influence
- A proactive work attitude with strong customer service focus
