Property Manager

As a Property Manager with our market-leading and innovative organisation, you will play a key role in managing our diverse portfolio of properties and delivering exceptional service to both established and a newly acquired clientele base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of residential and or commercial properties in Launceston and surrounding areas, pending your industry experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
• Conduct property inspections and assessments, identifying maintenance needs and ensuring timely repairs.
• Coordinate leasing activities, including tenant screenings, lease negotiations, and rental agreements.
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage rent collection, arrears, and financial reporting for assigned properties.
• Implement and enforce property management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
• Stay updated on market trends, rental rates, and legal requirements affecting property management in Tasmania.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience in property management or real estate is preferred however an entry level opportunity is available.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing property management in Tasmania.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Current real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
• A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
