Build-Dev is a construction and development company located in Gold Coast, QLD. We specialize in high-end townhouses and commercial buildings.

Role Description 

This is a full-time role for a Construction Manager at Build-Dev. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects, schedules, trades, managing budgets, and overseeing all aspects of construction management. They will work primarily from our Gold Coast location in Mermaid Beach but will have the ability to work on-site as required. 

Qualifications 

Experience in Project Coordination and Construction Management

Strong budgeting and Project Management skills

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Experience in managing multiple construction projects simultaneously

Ability to manage tendering and assist site supervisors
