Tasks & responsibilities
- Leading team delivery of the leasing and marketing process and mentor other team members in best practice delivery of leasing and marketing processes
- Ensuring budgeted occupancy levels are achieved or exceeded
- Planning and managing resource levels to adequately deliver high quality customer service and operations
- Overseeing the delivery of the on-site training requirements of new customer service team members
