The Role
We are seeking a qualified Building Services Technician to join our Victorian Service team to assist with the maintenance, breakdowns and refurbishment of various HVAC plant and equipment.
Essential to this role is a good mechanical and/or electrical understanding and communication skills.
Key Competencies
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a pleasant phone manner
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Excel and office-based databases
- Have a strong understanding of WHS and continual improvement processes
- Strong professionalism and presentable appearance
- Excellent client relation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Be willing to undergo a national police background check
- Be fully vaccinated against Covid-19
- Full valid drivers’ licence
