Hvac Service Technician

Design & Build Recruitment are currently assisting a Building Services contractor with a national presence for their next hire in Melbourne. The team are looking to add a Service Technician to their growing HVAC team.

You would be responsible for the service and maintenance of various heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems in commercial buildings. Additional responsibilities have been provided below.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance on heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems across Melbourne.
• Repair malfunctioning equipment, including refrigeration systems, air conditioning units, and heating pumps.
• Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs.
• Maintain precise records of equipment repairs and maintenance.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a qualified HVAC Service Technician.
• Experience in commercial construction projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid drivers license.
